Below normal temperatures continue as we head into our last day of the HT 2008 tour. Yesterday we started the day off with a wonderful breakfast at Ashcroft town hall. Local businesses donated food items like cinnamon buns and locally roasted, fair trade coffee. I was given the doorprize basket, donated by local real estate dealers, which the cast and crew enjoyed. Okay, I did not share the chocolate! We all did some local shopping and took in a local recording studio owned and operated by John Ellis and Leslie Alexander. Dustin Bentall was recording there and he later graced the HT stage with us for a song. Amazingly, people are bundling up and coming out to donate and to watch the show. Mixed feelings today knowing the tour is over for another year, yet anxious to get home for the holidays! Merry Christmas and thanks to all audiences, staff across the country and countless volunteers for this perennial, uplifting, inspiring Canadian Pacific HT tour. Tracey Brown
